It has been incredibly rewarding to witness the transformation in individuals who have embraced art therapy. The joy and relief that emerge from creating art can be truly transformative, helping individuals to reclaim their identities and build resilience. Observing their growth—from initial hesitation to confident expression—has been a powerful reminder of the healing potential of creativity.
